有些同学在晚上睡不着的时可以静下心来看看meeloun小编分享关于report写作的方法，如果说光是普及一些写作commen sense，已经完全没有用了。因为time is money, 宝贵的时间是用来消化知识的，一起来分析下国外小哥的高分report！
今天我们就来看一篇国外高分report，分析作者思路，行文，结构，以及衔接。还有语法、句式、单词、表达方式，以前小编也会偶尔提及，请同学们用心发现文中亮点。
国外小哥的强处在于行文流畅
这是我们今天的案例题，简单到极致，一句观点+问题，不超过20个单词。
拿到题目干什么，不用我重复了吧。
A：Government spend more money on railways rather than roads
B：会产生什么后果
C：这些后果会对people, society, government, industryd等有些什么好处/坏处

在我讲解之前，请先自行通读一遍全文。
不管你现在的水平如何，把你阅读时遇到的问题（包括不知道什么意思，不知道为什么这么用的）都用笔记下来，方便之后逐个排查。
范文分析
题目问你，what extent do you agree or disagree。回答方式如果你还不清楚，那你关掉手机，赶紧去好好复习。我想提醒大家的是，题目并没有明确说，railway好，还是road好，而只是用rather than的结构，连接了彼此。而作者在report开头段中，最后提到：I totally agree with this statement because trains are faster and more environmentally friendly.
下面文章的一部分，就是你值得学习的部分。
这句话，代表了作者整篇文章的核心观点。明确的告诉读者，我认为railway好，因为train更快，并且对环境也好。没有废话，没有展开，没有讨论，这就是观点的三要诀。我看过许多report，很多同学恨不得把一句观点写出三行来。这是非常不明智的。
就以这道题为例，你能写出什么概括性强，引发读者思考的观点来吗？如果可以，可以写在你的笔记本上。接着来，仔细阅读第二段话，至少反复读三遍。读完三遍感觉意犹未尽，就再读三遍。它是你写作最好的例子，段落中每一个文字，都在告诉你什么叫衔接。
Investing in a modern train system will mean that people can get around a country faster.
第一句话，观点句。
文章中最后一个字faster，与开头的faster呼应，很好的回答了读者内心的疑惑。
为什么火车更快？因为它能带着人们更快的绕着地球跑。
This is because train passengers do not have to deal with the congestion most road users experience and trains can achieve much higher speeds than cars.
解释了火车为什么可以更快的带着人们绕着地球跑。
因为乘客不需要担心交通拥堵，并且火车的行驶速度也远高于汽车。
Therefore, people will spend less time commuting and more time doing something more productive and this will benefit the entire society.
因此，人们可以在通行上花更少的时间，把剩下的时间利用到更有价值的事情上。这样对整个社会都有好处。（less time commuting，benefit the entire society）
For example, the British Government recently unveiled plans to connect cities in the North of England with London via a high-speed rail network and this will reduce commuting times by half, allowing thousands of people in the Midlands to work in London.
用例子作为结尾，举例证明的是前面所说的一整件事。作者为什么没有把for example这一部分和therefore互换位置呢？大部分同学，都爱把therefore放最后，而这个作者却没有。具体问题具体分析，这个问题就留给你自己思考吧。
主体第三段
Locomotives tend to be less harmful to the environment than cars.
观点先行。简单、高度的概括作者的意思。
这句话你可以拿来用。我相信很少有国内的同学，会如此表达这个意思。
This is due to the fact that a train can carry hundreds of passengers and this prevents the use of hundreds of internal combustion engines, thus reducing the amount of carbon emissions.
This is due to the fact....thus...
这两个连接词用的恰到好处，并没有任何一本教科书告诉我们，必须要这么组合。之所以用这两个词，完全是根据前文意思而来的。连接词，不是强插而是顺势，当你看完前一句，自然会产生疑问，于是下一句的开头就告诉你，“这是因为。。。。由于这个原因。。。是这样的。。。”阅读起来就没有困难，没有停顿，没有丢失信息。这才叫做真正的衔接。
If this is repeated every day over many different routes, the reduction in carbon footprint is highly significant.
这句话把前面的解释做了升华，假如积少成多，那么对环境的帮助就会很大。
For instance, Ho Chi Minh City will soon open its first underground metro service and this will reduce the number of cars and motorbikes on the road.
作者再次举例，这个例子为什么没有放在段落最后一句呢？理论是死的，人是活的。千万别死学模版，灵活变通，顺其自然，才能让学习变得更有意义。这个问题也留给你自己思考。
One of the main benefits to the city will be an improvement in carbon dioxide levels because of the reduction in traffic.
作为主体段最后一句总结，又一次提到了benefits，还记得前一段的bēnefits在哪里吗，去找找看吧，你是不是又学到一招？
总结
In conclusion, the State should divert more funds to railway systems and spend less on road transportation as this will improve journey times and also be less harmful to the environment.
只用了一句话，用As将自己的观点再一次组合到段落里。这句话并不难，最多divert more funds to railway可能你会一时想不到。那就牢牢记住它就行。
当你读完这段文字以后，你会发现以下几点：
1. 文章里，没有太高深的词汇或语法、句型结构
2. 作者观点100%agree, 可没有提及任何disadvantages
3. 衔接非常顺畅和自然，也米有频繁出现连接词，都在该出现时出现
4. 作者对解释、例子之间的关系理解的非常透彻
5. 你一定也能写出这样的文字
