Perdisco作业代写注意事项解读

Perdisco Part 2，做题前认真阅读系统里的Instructions，有几点提醒：
1. 内容涉及整个accounting cycle；
2. 由很多页组成，每页提交后是不能再改的，因此提交前要仔细检查;
3. 每页都单独判分。如果某页你的答案错了，提交这页后你会立刻看到正确答案。做后面页时，是以正确答案为基础来做，所以前面错了，不影响后面答题；
4. 每位同学的作业内容都不一样；
5. 不要用“back ”或 “refresh” 按钮，在提交时不要按“stop”按钮，否则可能会得0分
6作业第一页是有关企业背景、会计政策、业务的所有信息，务必保存。
7.建议打开一次作业后，将作业要求保存下来，再bookmark这一页（下次打开还回到这一页），然后参阅相关参考资料（perdisco对应参考资料主要是2-5章ppt和HEMT相关章节的pdf资料），弄懂相关知识后，再回来做。
Transaction 部分
1. 根据业务prepare journal entries，填在general journal，sales journal，purchase journal，cash receipt journal或cash payment journal中。
2. 涉及到accounts receivable、accounts payable 、Inventory subsidiary ledger account的业务，每编制一笔会计分录，须将相关发生额post到上述subsidiary ledger account。General journal中每个账户的发生额，以及special journals中的other account 中的发生额，应立即post到相关general ledger account。Special journal中的其余列，在月末将发生额的合计数一次性post到general ledger account。
3. Special journal 中的“Account”这一列，有subsidiary ledger account的，填写subsidiary ledger account，或者是other account这一列对应的具体account。都没有的，填写一个会计分录涉及的主要的general ledger account。
4. Post ref.：special journal中，有subsidiary ledger account的，填写该subsidiary ledger account的account number，有需要立即post的other account 的，填写account number。都没有的打“X”。
subsidiary ledger account或general ledger account中的post ref.，选填GJ,SJ,PJ,CRJ或CPJ。
5.主要细节，一行内容，错了一个，如忘了日期，算全错。
Adjusted entries部分
1.注意每个general ledger account最后一行adjusted balance也需要填写
2.如果坏账根据credit sales计算，需要查看sales journal 中的sales revenue一列的合计数，另外还要减去sales return and allowance
3.建议保存分录，在reversing entry 部分要用到
Financial Statement部分
Income statement（不同题目，项目可能有出入，请具体根据你被分配的作业信息来做）
Revenue: Sales revenue，Sales return and allowance
Other income: discount received, interest revenue
Distribution costs: advertising expense, wage expense, rent expense, electricity expense, water expense,insurance expense, depreciation expense-cash register, depreciation expense-store（注：根据具体情况，可能会有变化。具体要看background information，看看上述这些费用是否跟销售部门有关）
Administrative expenses: salary expense, office supplies
Finance cost: interest expense, bank charge, discount allowed, bad debt expense
