论文摘要:近些年,我国连锁经营行业发展非常迅速,对连锁经营人才的需求也日益强烈,连锁经营管理专业的建设更加有必要。自1998年上海商业职业技术学院开办连锁经营管理专业以来,全国已有一百多所院校开办了该专业,培养了一大批的专业人才。本文从连锁经营管理专业开展的必要性和可行性出发,重点研究该专业订单式、2+1式、弹性学期制、实验实训室建设,具有一定的理论和实践意义。

1.连锁经营现状
连锁经营是一种现代流通组织形式和经营方式,是现代商业和服务业发展的基本方向。世界上第一家近代连锁店——美国“大西洋和太平洋茶叶公司”成立于1859年,这是当时世界上最早的正规连锁公司。此后不久,在工业发达国家,连锁经营取得了普遍成功,自20世纪60年代以来一些先进的工业国家和地区也先后引进了连锁经营,进入20世纪80年代以后,连锁业不仅在量上发展很快,而且从零售、餐饮等行业渗透到各种服务业,并且经营趋向国际化。
我国的连锁业起步较晚。虽然连锁经营在我国起步较晚,但发展极为迅速。目前我国拥有连锁体系5000多个,是世界上连锁经营体系最多的国家。据统计,“十一五”期间全国共有各类连锁门店约10万家,占零售业和餐饮业总额的20%,并且还在以年递增35%的速度持续发展。然而连锁业的发展速度还是难以适应我国经济飞速增长和人均收入迅速提高的现实。
但与连锁业的迅速发展不相适应的是,我国连锁经营管理人才却相对短缺。由于行业发展过速而人才培训机制不足,连锁经营行业正在面临人才荒,其中尤为稀缺的是管理型人才。按保守估计,目前全国连锁行业的管理型人才缺口至少为60万。连锁经营行业正在面临巨大的人才荒,而解决这一问题的重要方式之一是加快连锁经营管理专业人才的培养,高等院校培养的高素质技能型人才有望提供人才补充。
2.连锁经营管理专业建设的必要性和可行性
从目前来看,连锁经营的快速发展急需大批应用型人才,而开设连锁经营管理这一专业的学校并不多,所以说专业建设成为提高连锁经营管理人才素质的重要途径。
科技含量高是连锁经营最突出的特点之一,这一特点对从业人员提出了较高的要求,连锁经营管理人员必须能懂得现代连锁企业经营管理的专业知识,具有连锁门店运营管理操作技术,以适应现代连锁经营规范化、制度化、规模化、现代化的要求。然而,由于我国连锁经营发展迅速,人员需求过勐,相当多的经营管理人员没有经过正规的专业学校教育或培训,不少管理人员虽然经过短期的上岗培训,但远远适应不了连锁企业经营、管理上的需要。
高等教育在连锁经营管理专业建设上表现出明显的滞后性。近年来,连锁经营的迅勐发展给高等院校提出了一个新的要求,就是加快连锁经营管理理论研究,以指导连锁经营管理实践。就目前来看,我国连锁经营管理专业建设尚属起步阶段,只有部分院校开设了这一专业,且以专科院校为主。由于是新增专业,毕业生人数也相对较少,所以连锁经营管理人才现在还很少,这种状况与连锁业急剧发展的态势极不相称,专业建设问题迫在眉睫。
专业建设是提高连锁经营管理人才素质的重要途径。一般而言,连锁经营所需人才可以通过以下形式进行培养:一是出国考察和委托国外先进企业培训,积极学习外国先进经验。二是鼓励先进企业采取国外连锁企业的办法,设立自己的培训机构,根据连锁企业的实际需要,对原有企业的员工进行连锁经营实用技术的培训。三是依托大专院校、研究单位,对连锁经营企业的员工进行系统培训。这种方式是最切实可行的一种人才培养途径。这也就对我们院校提出了一个要求,即加快专业建设步伐,强化连锁经营管理理论研究,建立连锁经营管理教育培训基地,有条件的院校应考虑设置连锁经营管理专业。可见,专业建设是提高连锁经营管理人才素质的重要途径。
3.连锁经营管理专业建设
正是因为连锁经营管理专业建设的必要性和可行性,作为培养连锁经营人才的高校应当发挥其优势,培养更多的既有理论功底、又有实际操作能力的毕业生为企业服务。下面拟从订单式、2+1式、弹性学期制、实验实训室建设四个方面分析连锁经营专业人才培养模式。
3.1“订单式”培养模式
所谓“订单式”,是指企业根据岗位需求与学校签订用人协议后,由校企双方共同参与选拔学生、组织教学、考核上岗等一系列教育教学活动的校企合作办学模式。企业定期派资深人士指导校方教学工作和提供实习指导,校方则按照企业要求有选择地录取学生进行定向培养。订单式办学模式,实现了学校、企业、学生“三赢”,有效地解决校企之间对人才的供需矛盾。这种办学模式、人才培养规格和能力标准是由双方制定的;理论教学在学校,发挥了学校理论教学的优势;实践教学在企业,充分发挥现场和企业专家、高级技术人员在培养学生技能上的作用,学生在真实的企业环境中获得操作能力;企业对合格的毕业生可以全部录用。
订单培养的第一步就是要全方位、多层次跑“订单”,其次是按企业人才“订单”开设专业,进行课程设置和师资队伍组建,加大实践操作训练,做到“少理论,多实践”。在师资建设上,也可以考虑按“订单”要求组建,保持文化课教师相对稳定,专业课教师合理流动,学校需要的专业教师可在社会上、行业中聘请。推进订单式培养思路,职业技术教育的办学形式必须更加灵活。在教学实施中,可以采取学分制培养,扩大“订单式”办学规模,初步构建起人才培养的立交桥。
3.2“2+1”培养模式
“2+1”培养模式是利用学校、社会两种教育资源和教育环境,交替安排学校理论课程学习和校外顶岗实习工作,对学生进行“知识+能力+素质”的一种教育培养模式。当前,多数高职院校实行工学结合的模式是顶岗实习“2+1”或“2.5+0.5”,简言之,就是高职三年学制,用“2”(“2.5”)年完成专业基础、专业理论课学习,“1”(“0.5”)年到企业进行生产性顶岗实习。
“2+1”培养模式将会实现“多赢”,其作用不仅体现在学生实习上,还体现在与企业、各地政府、行业组织的联系上。在实习生驻企期间要重视学生反映的问题,关註学生的发展状况,保证学生的利益,让实习生有不同的“冷暖”体验,为就业积累经验。同时避免只顾学校自身利益而损害它方利益的短视行为,要积极协调各方的关系,积极探寻完善的相应方法与措施。
3.3“弹性学期制”培养模式
“弹性学期制”是将一学年分为几个学期,利用灵活弹性的学期实现工学结合。此类模式的目的不是直接解决学生的就业岗位问题,而是着眼于提高学生的实践能力和职业技能,为学生将来找到更好的就业岗位打下基础。
对连锁经营专业人才培养而言,由于受市场季节性波动的影响,连锁企业对学生顶岗实训的需求在一年中的不同时间段有较大波动。连锁企业均对接受学生顶岗实习表示欢迎;受春节、中秋、国庆、“五一”等节假日的影响,企业希望的顶岗实习月份多在1、2、10、12这几个月份。学校既要依据企业的实际经营情况,也必须考虑学生的利益。只有很好地满足企业、学校和学生三方的利益,找到校企合作的结合点,使参与者都能从中得到利益,实现“多赢”,工学结合模式才能顺利实施。基于此,高职院校有必要将传统的3学年、6学期按照企业经营生产的周期要求改革为弹性学期,并根据企业实际需求设置学期起止时间,这就是“弹性学期制”工学结合模式。
3.4实验实训室建设
连锁经营管理专业企业实习基地建设是实现专业人才培养目标的重要途径之一。加强实习基地建设,高职院校必须重视校企双方利益,校企双方共赢是建立连锁经营管理专业企业实习基地的基础,校企双方共同参与是建立企业实习基地的机制保证,提升学生职业能力是建立企业实习基地的最终目标。
校企双方应关註对方利益,满足双方的合理需求,实现校企共赢。对于学校而言,在确定企业实习基地时,应着重考察该企业基本条件是否符合实践教学的要求。只有满足高职人才培养要求,才符合专业实习实训基地建设的要求。高职院校校企合作共建企业实习基地的宗旨是以实践为导向,培养学生的职业能力。但目前高职院校实习基地建设重形式、轻实效的现象十分突出,应当有所改革。
4结论
连锁经营在我国的快速发展更进一步对人才的培养提出了新的要求,高校在建设这一专业的时候,应采用订单式、2+1式、弹性学期制等多种方式,多角度全方位的培养所需人才。
